He was very patient with me in scheduling a time to come over, give me an estimate and then wait about a week and a half to actually come back and start the work. He was on time and polite. He repaird 4 or 5 tiles that were popping up in my kitchen and explained what he was going to do. Due to a crack, he put some cement mixture in the crack and said this should help keep the tile down.
