Joseluis came in and assessed the job and made recommendations on how the backsplash could be done and how a portion of the granite could be removed to show more of the backsplash for a better look. He was right. Great crew! Finished the work timely and followed up to make sure everything was to my liking. "Job: Backsplash Installation Value: Great We had the entire backsplash installed in the kitchen. We had ALL our own supplies. Their quote was the most affordable to our budget. Scheduling was easy and very prompt. Work was immediately started when they arrived. The entire kitchen was completed in about 6-7 hours. I'd like to mention that we were about 10 tiles short and they even offerd to go and pick them up for us at no extra cost; I called the location and they were back completing the job within 30m. They also noticed some grout missing on the floor tiles where the tiles met our cabinetry. I had left over grout and they fixed/completed that at no extra cost either. Needless to say I was very happy with the job done including the little extras."

He is very exact and methodical in his approach to laying out the tile first and making sure the design and layout are what you want before he adds grout. He is most knowledgeable about preparing the surfaces before begin tiling. Excellent worker, cleans up and fair pricing."

"The install was done pretty good, but they didn't keep their word on installing baseboards as promised multiple times by Ramiro. Would encourage customers to read your estimates and contract before signing. I read similar review previously but didn't pay too much regard since many A reviews. The day they finished tile Ramiro shook my hand and promised again they'd be back to install baseboards 2 days later. Never showed, called or text me. I really felt bad being that their work was pretty good but their word meant nothing."

"ISM did a really nice custom floor installation. They had to have flooring milled to match floors in other rooms and it worked out very well. I would recommend them to anyone wanting wood floors installed."

"I was absolutely pleased with the work done by Joe's crew. Joe came out to look at my issue and was able to tell me what was wrong. The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. Joe and Kiki gave me suggestions on what I could do and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were friendly and nice. I liked the fact that they even seal the grout as part of the install. When I moved into my newly built home I had to seal the tile myself. It was nice that Joe has his own crew and doesn't contract out to someone else. He is very hands on and shows up at the work site to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what's being done and don't have any questions or concerns about the work. He also makes sure his crew has what they need to complete the work properly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was also pleased that they sealed off some areas to avoid dust from spreading to other rooms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him for any future projects."
