"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. "Jose arrived on time to take a look at my electric wall oven. It hadn't been heating up properly. After looking the situation over for about 30 minutes, he informed me that the heating sensor fuse had blown. He had checked and the part was in stock locally so we set up an appointment for the next day to get it installed. He arrived the next day on time and replaced the part. He continued to verify that the problem was fixed, but we were both disappointed to find that the ovens computer board was malfunctioning not allowing the oven to heat properly. He gave me a few options, but recommended just replacing the 12 year old oven entirely. He also insisted that I shouldn't pay him for the replacement part he installed or the 2nd trip to the house. Very professional!
