This started as a request to rip out my bathtub and to put in a walk in shower and to rip out carpet to install vinyl floors in the bedrooms. I recently hired JMR Services to replace my hot water heater, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They also coordinated an electrical panel upgrade and attic door installation through subcontractors, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Rodney and the crew were prompt, dependable, and extremely courteous. They maintained a professional attitude throughout the project and made sure to clean up the work area once the job was done, which I really appreciated. Rodney and his team completed a full bathroom and laundry room remodel in less than two weeks! I couldn’t speak more highly of their team. They took great care to transform my fixer upper bathroom/laundry room into my Pinterest board dreams. During the project additional issues were uncovered such as faulty wall framing and necessary air duct work. Rodney always had someone to call that came out that day to resolve the issues. Throughout the project he kept me informed on next steps and maintained a sense of calm during such a large project. I highly recommend working with Rodney! Rodney M of JMR was a top contractor I have ever worked with. He managed remodeling of our master bathroom after a leak was detected that evidently went on for a couple of years. Rodney was able to engage a wide ranging set of pros very quickly and they did high quality work, he made great suggestions on design and implementation as well. Just the bathroom work included initial assessment, (then we made the decision to proceed), demolition, countertop installation, electric re-wiring in the ceiling (improvements), new wall installation, pre-tiling cementing, tiling work, plumbing, light and mirror installation, ceiling repair, drywall, painting. In addition to that I have also asked him to do a bunch of other upgrades because everything worked fast and to great conclusion! highly recommending Rodney JMR.

Easy to work with & friendly. On time and worked efficiently as a team.Hot water heater installed in attic which was difficult. Rodney explained the problem well & also suggested annual maintenance checkup in the future. A good idea. There was a lot of sediment buildup. Also worked with me on a fair price. Rodney fixed my slow running kitchen faucet too with a new one.

a little pricey

Rodney and crew arrived as agreed to, and immediately started to prep and install black pipe needed to add a propane gas line into my house. They placed a paper trail to protect my floors from dust and foot prints. The dry walls were cut, and piping installed quickly, with out much ado. Once installed, they pressure checked the system for leaks, which is still very consistent even after 24 hours. The house was very clean and all debris cleared when the job was finished. Would I hire Rodney again, hell yes, and I will refer him to any person who asks. Super!!! I now can cook on my GAS range!!! I am probability the only house in the entire subdivision to have gas service! They even took me to lunch on Tuesday!!!
