Showed me what the best deal was for the size of the area I wanted to cover showed me the options. They gave me every discount they possibly could based on some of my personal aspects and background. The team was professional and the sales rep did a follow-up after the work was done to ensure we were completely satisfied.

Highly recommend Empire flooring! They were super fast, like lightning speed fast with delivery and installation of my flooring. Salesman Jason was awesome to work with. Both times i called for consult appts he was professional, accommodating and right on time. First order was for rug installation for two rooms. Second order was for laminate flooring and an additional rug installation for another room. Overall, i can't rave enough about Empire flooring due to their speed and attentive customer service and product quality. Will use again and highly recommend them.

The carpet appears to be high quality and looks good. The sales rep got the measurements and amount of rooms incorrect. The installers showed up without the correct amount of carpet because of this mistake. They had to come back a different day to complete the install. The did a good job but I expected a lot more after watching the video we were shown. I think you should at least shop vac the entire subfloor before you lay a new carpet and pad. The post cleanup left much to be desired. A layer of dust on everything and, again, nothing like the video.

They left a big mark on my new floor from moving furniture that was not lifted into place. No one left any info about how to take care of my new floor. I do not have any info about the warranty. My TV lost over half the channels I had before the install. Not sure if it is the TV or the connection. Just know the TV is not working correctly. Other wise happy with my new floor.
