"This was a difficult job the tile were installed at an angle not flat so there was a lot of tile cutting around corners and sides. The job was done to perfection and in the time frame discussed before the job started. The installation price was also substantially lower than the other bids."

"Good job except for a couple of details. During the remodel, I changed my mind on a planned range hood vent which ended up with not proceeding with the ductwork through the ceiling & roof. The new plan was to end the ductwork at the ceiling; however, the ceiling should have been properly protected in some manner, but it was not. The vented smoke will eventually cause some damage & sooner or later I will have to deal with it. Secondly, backsplash tile was not properly finished and/or trimmed in certain areas. But overall, the kitchen remodel looks pretty good."

"Israel and his team started with a shower pan and tile job that turned out so well, we kept them on board to help us finish a 1949 triplex renovation. Seph installed numerous doors and windows, built a small deck, replaced fences and gates, and resurfaced and painted three concrete patios. Israel's crew quickly and expertly installed new laminate flooring, added two concrete driveways, and even helped us install five new window AC units. Quite simply, this company completed every request we made in short order, in good quality, at a very fair price. We are so thankful we found them. We just wish we had found them years ago."

"Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."
