Steve contacted us almost immediately after I put in a request for some tile repair. We needed help on very short notice. We had grout from our backsplash that met up with our granite counter tops in our bathroom that was cracking and missing. Steve contacted me and came out the next day. He was able to not only repair the damage but showed us that we could have the grout stained uniformly. Only one counter needed repair, but Steve took care of the other counter, to prevent the same from happening. Steve was prompt, very friendly, and very easy to work with. Once the job was completed he cleaned the site. We are very pleased with the results.

Steve was excellence to work with One month after work was done the grout started to come off. Steve said he guaranteed his work for three months. We called him twice however, he never returned our calls. Very poor business practices. Do NOT recommend using this business.

So easy to work with Van Everyâ s and very reasonable price. I loved being able to choose the colors with samples on my tile. The final look was awesome and our rooms were complete in less than a week!

Steven was very personable and knowledgeable in his profession of grout & tile work. I was to the point of ripping out all the grout and replacing. However,, Steven showed me how he could use a product that would renew my current grout and he could replace the grout that was missing in certain areas. He was very conscious about doing a great job for me and making it look like new. We changed grout colors and could not be happier. He did a great job and saved me quite a bit of money by renewing instead of replacing grout. Wonderful job!

Steven was very nice, prompt and really cares about his craft. The job he did for me was supposed to be 4-5 hours and he stayed 10 hours to complete the job.

This is the first time we have used home advisor! Probably the last. Stephen was hired to add glaze or polish to our kitchen floor and grout, he left a lot of streaks and even his footprint. He did come back to correct, but as of today we have a lot of patches peeling off the floor. It looks bad, he said he would take care of it, but he has not. We also hired him to regrout our flagstone front patio and he did not know what he was doing. It is a mess, its terrible. We have pictures, as it stands now he is not returning our calls. He was paid $900.00. We have to hire another company to fix these problems.

Steven was on time for the appointment and explained exactly what I needed. He came prepared with the supplies needed and started/completed the job today.

He was very conscientious and courteous. Was advised that excess grout would be able to be wiped off and easily removed- we have attempted to clean this several times with no result. Waiting for a reply to try and make this right. We called him and he came back a second time to get everything cleaned up and we're happy with it.
