I wanted drapery panels and a cornice in my great room and breakfast area, John came out with fabric and rod samples and was vwry helpful in helping me choose all of the particulars, including lined/unlined, rod style and color, panel fullness, options for the cornice, etc. I also ordered matching down pillows. The installer, Keith, did a perfect job, listened to all of my concerns and I ended with a finished look that I am on love with!!!
