Mr. Barboza arrived on time and started promptly on working on fixing my damaged and cracked stucco. I was informed of what he would be doing to complete the work and it was better than I expected. He even repaired several spots that I was unaware need to be fixed. Outstanding professional with an artistic flair for his craft, I was very pleased with his work. I have already notified my neighbor of his work and highly recommended Mr. Barboza to him. Most of the repair work was due to my mistakes and I am so glad he was able to fix my errors. hired to fix a leak on the stucco exterior. The fix the first time didn't fare too well since water was still coming in. Called Joaquim who immediately called me back and came to back to refix the issue the next day. This time around he completely removed the stucco to the plywood and redid some of the faulty flashing and added new flashing and the stucco and I believe fixed the original builder error that 3 roofers failed to fix. Had a big downpour the same night, and no more water.

I hired him to repair some missing and broken veneer bricks on our commercial storefront. The multi-colored veneer was hard to match but Mr Barboza did find something very close in just a week or so.... I was amazed because I was turned down by several others. Also, he is very reasonable priced and responds quickly.

I hired Joaquin to find a leak on the outer front wall of my stucco house in Flower Mound, TX. He showed up on time and gave me a very fair and honest price to get it repaired. He also recommended that I get all my windows re-sealed since they had not been done. He also gave me a fair price to do that. So, yesterday he showed up, on time, a re-sealed all my windows, repaired a few small cracks on my stucco and repaired the original leak (window leak). He did an outstanding job and will recommend him to my neighbors. If all contractors were like him, fair and honest, things would be much easier. He did a great job.
