Removed tub and put in a high-quality walk-in shower- ½” cultured marble wall panels, custom-made shelf, solid cultured marble drain pan with texture to prevent slipping, grab bars, high-quality double-sliding glass doors. I wish the project had taken three days instead of four but that is my only complaint. Jay and his assistant did a good job. He had some good money-saving suggestions and was easy to work with. He matched the swirls on the wall panels (including the indented shelf!) and made the shower walls flow together. Great job!"

However, I've recently attempted to contact them per my warranty to come back and look at my bathroom floor just to see if there are some spots that might need to be fixed or if it just needs to be steam cleaned. They replied to my initial request asking for pictures and stated they would check their schedule. I sent the pictures but never heard back. I attempted numerous times through email and phone but never got a reply back. Even though they did a great job it's disappointing they do not stand by their warranty and commitment.
