Very professional and friendly!

Recently I have been helping my parents remodel their home and have dealt with a lot of contractors and this countertop install working with Eagle Granite was easily the best experience I had. They were extremely quick with estimate, install, and every step along the way. Can't recommend them highly enough. Gave me the best quote of multiple I received and was a very fast and smooth process.

Greg, seems so nice and honest and accommodating at first until you pay your deposit and then install. I wish I would have read the other review that stated almost the same situation that I am experiencing right now. I had countertops and a granite island installed and Eagle Granite cracked the granite and he is refusing to replace the damaged Granite. I don't understand how in the world can a person be in business and not take responsibility for damaging a product or in my case a $4,000 Stone and not take responsibility to rectify the situation that he caused

Greg Eagle Granite and myself went to Easy Stone where I selected my granite slab both of us measured And inspected the granite slab. We agreed that installation would take place on Friday October 11th at 1:00 p.m. And a deposit of $1000 was made. On Friday, October 11th had 1:47 p.m. I received a call stating that Eagle Granite machines had broken and they were waiting on a repairman. I was told that they would come and install on Saturday arriving at 10:00 a.m.. on Saturday, October 12th at 11:45 a.m. The installers showed up and cut and installed outside my home and worked until approximately 5:00 p.m.... The rest of the payment was made of $2900.. upon inspecting their work, I brought it to Greg's attention after inspecting the slab that there was a crack in the slab. Greg insured me that it was part of the vein and that's what veins do. After continuously speaking with him about this, he stated that the granite had cracked and what he would do was install it for free. However, I would have to pay for another slab. I in turn contacted Easy Stone to inquire about the situation and they stated it must have cracked during transportation or during the process of fabrication and that it is the fabricator's responsibility to make sure the slab does not crack. At this point Greg is still telling me that the crack will be okay because they sealed it!! This does not sit well with me nor do I agree to purchase another slab that I did not damage. I also requested a copy of the company Eagle Granite's warranty policy and I have yet to receive. In addition, I requested a copy of the invoice/contract with the breakdown of my cost. The reason I'm stating this is because it was important to me to see a copy or proof of the cutout of the second slab that Eagle granite stated that I needed to complete my project. Eagle granite and myself agreed to split the cost of the second Granite and he would keep the remaining remnants of the second slab that we split to purchase. I was very leery of this because no other fabricator or contractor ever told me that the project needed to be completed with two slabs. It's always been one slab as a result of this. It made me very leery that my measurements were inflated to force me to buy two slabs. However, I was reinsured by Greg that he was being honest but now this situation with his company installing and sealing cracked granite has been extremely disappointing Even after I told him I could not afford to purchase two slabs. This situation has hyphened my anxiety, especially trusting contractors to complete the damage that was caused to my home. I shouldn't have trusted when I didn't get my contract or invoice prior to them arriving at my home after he received my deposit. Fooled me once...But not agai

They did a great job installing my countertops. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

The countertop project exceeded expectations. The work on quartz was excellent. Punctuality was consistently demonstrated, and to our satisfaction, they completed the project on time. The final result is truly impressive!!!

Eagle Granite was great! The installed new countertops in our kitchen and removed the bathtub in our guest bathroom to install a tile shower. They completed both projects when on time. They were very professional and courteous.

Gregorio was excellent to work with. He did what he said and when he said.

Provided them with very specific measurements for double sink units with backsplashes required and â no longer available length of 84 inches (7 feet)â ! Was surprised by the short turnaround time quoted, two days! They perform to quoted items and time necessary for installation of top and faucets transferred from old 1986 84â length dual sinks unit! Only contact was on specific project pointsâ ¦ MUCH appreciated! Kudos and top ratings to Eagle Granite!

Just needed a countertop and sink for an existing bathroom cabinet. It was a small job but, I was treated like it was a big job. Very fast and prompt service. Fair price and love the finished work. So happy I found them! Will definitely recommend and would definitely use again!

They did a great job and my counters look great. We did have a hard time finding a slab I liked and went to several warehouses. So many people building in our area. He sent me loads of pics to choose from and when I was ready my counters went in just a few days later. Thanks guys!

Eagle did great work with great workmanship. My calls were answered or returned when I had questions and the work was complete timely as promised. I would definitely hire this company again.

I love greg, he was very kind and went above and beyond with his services. When he showed me samples i did not find something that “wowed” me so he offered to show me more at another shop at the same price! His staff was very friendly and quick with my bathroom counter top. overall really pleased with his company.

It was the worst experience EVER with a contractor. They will change the price once they start, not honor their work, and very hard to communicate with. Business is not for Greg, he's definitely not a people's person. A few of the workers are nice, the plumber was great. Greg will lie with proof in his face, so be prepared to go to court. You have been warned, DONT do any business with these guys, if you do its your fault.. If i could rate in the negative, I would.
