It allowed me to save on roofing and foundation, but created certain logistical difficulties in the project. Mike and his crew have creatively addressed all the issues which allowed me to maximize the living area while still being compliant with all the building codes. Work on the project was well planned and performed according to the schedule. In fact it took longer to wait for building permit from the county than the project itself. "It went great! Jerry diagnosed the problem right away. When the roof was reshingled 10 years ago, there was a portion of the roof where the roofers used too much pressure with the nail gun. This portion started to leak. Jerry recommended we just replace this one portion and his roofers could blend it all together. They came and did the work and now it's fixed! In fact, they showed me the rusty nails they pulled from this portion of the roof. The original company I used is no longer in business. I am so glad that Jerry could repair this without me having to replace the whole roof!"
