"A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"I would highly recommend Nick and his crew for a kitchen or bath remodel as well as any carpentry work. We originally hired Nick for a kitchen remodel which involved removing a wall, installing a beam and cabinets along with some plumbing and electrical work. We liked his work so much we had him tear out and build a shower in our master bath and install a small shower in our half bath. We were very impressed by his work and knowledge and when we asked for changes/or additions his pricing was fair and he tries to accommodate our wishes. It seems like he can do it all - electrical work, plumbing, tiling, build walls and doors, installing cabinets - and everything was done very well. We are very happy with everything he did, it exceeded our expectations."

"We needed a new roof badly on our late-60's home; it was leaking in several places and nearly flooded our attic.  We called 5 different roofing contractors in the area to obtain estimates.  Jerry Anderson gave us the best price and the best warranty.  His crew dropped off the materials the afternoon before they were scheduled to begin, and showed up promptly the next morning and began work.  By the time I arrived home from work that afternoon, they were finishing the final cleanup.  The crew was respectful, friendly, and they did a wonderful job.  They gave me time to check out their work before they came by to collect payment, to make sure everything was satisfactory.  My roof looks great!  About a year later, I saw some water coming in around the vent pipe to my gas water heater, so I made a call to them to let them know, and Mr. Anderson said they would have someone out first thing in the morning to take a look at it.  It was determined, though, before his guy came out, that it was the fault of the contractor that installed our new water heater, and not an error on the part of the roofer, but they were still more than willing to come take a look after I let them know it was not their work that caused the drip.  Overall, I have recommended Anderson Roofing to several people, and would most definitely use them again in the future.

"Greg came out personally to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and informed us that the quote that he gave us was the firm price to do the entire job and there would be no hidden costs nor would the price go up. Upon receiving our quote, we booked the job about a couple weeks out. Greg came out with his crew on day one of the job and after a quick walk around, they got to work. Greg did not stay as he had other projects to attend to but his crew word quickly and efficiently. Greg stopped by throughout the job to see that everything was going okay. His crew was very professional and kept the work area clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete and what a difference it has made to our house. They enclosed the crawl space with cement board that extended about 1 ft in the ground. When that was finished, they lined the crawl space with 20 mil plastic sheeting and used spray foam to seal the spots between the columns and the cement board. They built and installed 2 access doors so we could easily get into the crawl space if we needed to store anything or make repairs. They also had an electrician come out and install an outlet so they could install a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Our A/C ducts run under our house and after the job was complete, I have noticed a big difference in the time that my A/C unit runs during the day. I am certain that my electric bill will be significantly lower now that the job is done. I enthusiastically highly recommend Greg and his crew to come out and do any crawl space work that you may need. I know they will beat almost every competitor's price and exceed your expectations as they did mine. A++"
