"Earle was very unprofessional and disrespectful of our property. The last straw of his unprofessional behavior was when he used our bathroom for a number two and left it a mess. It was all over the toilet. The back of the toilet and on top of the toilet seat. He didn't clean it up, we keep all the necessary cleaning products in the bathroom. When my husband confronted him about through text, he apologized. Then he never returned to complete his work. We called the office and his cell numerous times, they never returned our calls. We tried to visit in person but it was a residence address so we didn't approach. Another example is Earle just walking in our house without knocking first."
