"Jim and his wife are a great team! They are very thorough, efficient and do amazing work. Even during the busy season, he was able to quickly provide a quote and schedule the work. I've worked with many pressure washing companies over the years and H2Pro has far surpassed the others in terms of quality of work and great customer service. If you have any pressure washing needs, give them a call... you won't be disappointed!"

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Andressa did a fantastic job. We were prepping our house to sell and she cleaned our condo so that the place would be picture ready. She was punctual and professional and overall her cleaning of the house was impeccable. I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her for your cleaning needs."

"Reubin was very professional, charged a fair price, and did a great job pressure washing our house. Painting is not normally one of the services they offer, but Reubin recognized that we had an urgent need to repaint some exterior wood paneling before we had the house appraised, and offered to do the job as well. Quality Custom Cleaning is flexible and will work with your schedule to make sure that you are satisfied."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

It may be necessary to power wash your house, depending on the siding material. Vinyl, composite, or metal siding can hold up to the heat and pressure of occasional power washing, but materials like brick, stucco, wood, and painted materials may get damaged from the high-pressure water. For sensitive materials, consider a soft wash instead of a pressure wash.

It is generally not recommended to use dish soap in a pressure washer. Dishwashing liquid is formulated for cooler water, and the warmer water used in a pressure washer can create excessive suds, potentially damaging the machine's tubing and other components. Always check the manufacturer’s instructions for recommended detergents. If you find yourself in a pinch, you can try a highly diluted solution, such as one tablespoon of dish soap per 1.5 quarts of water, to avoid clogging the machine.

Most housekeepers won’t handle tasks that require specialized equipment or training, like carpet shampooing, window washing at high levels, or outdoor cleaning. Housekeepers typically dust, vacuum, mop, wash dishes, clean surfaces, and launder linens. It’s best to clarify what services are included before hiring to make sure you’re on the same page.

Power washing asbestos siding can be hazardous and isn't recommended. The power washer's high pressure can disturb the siding and release harmful asbestos fibers into the air. Rather than attempting to DIY it, hire a professional trained in asbestos handling to tackle any exterior cleaning.

Professional power washing removes built-up dirt, mold, and mildew, which preserves exterior surfaces and improves curb appeal. Hiring a professional ensures the cleaning is done effectively and without damaging surfaces.
