A huge appreciation to Tim Gentry and his teams at Empire Roofing and Remodeling! Let me emphasize, nobody anticipates having their siding replaced, absolutely nobody. However, Tim and his teams effortlessly turned what I dreaded into a smooth and rapid transition, seamlessly swapping out the old siding for the new James Hardie ColorPlus® Technology. Their work was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Initially, Tim steered us toward ColorPlus® Technology, which is James Hardie’s pre-painted plank siding. This remarkable finish boasts a 15-year limited warranty covering both paint and labor, guarding against peeling, cracking, and chipping. I was unaware of this option before, but the prospect of no painting for 15 years was immensely appealing. Tim's teams worked with impressive speed, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail, maintaining an impeccably clean job site throughout the entire process. We cannot speak highly enough of Tim and Empire Roofing and Remodeling. Their service exceeded our expectations!

My exterior remodel went smooth and didn't hurt my bank account. Tim is so knowledgeable, personable and awesome! I wasn't overwhelmed with the amount of work that had to be completed due to the fact Tim handled everything. I told him what I wanted and he made suggestions based on years of experience and my house is gorgeous now. I even threw in add-on jobs that Empire Roofing and Remolding crews handle with ease in a timely manner. I have worked in the construction field and this is the first time that I have seen a project with multiple jobs to complete has gone so smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone without pause!!

Original job went ok and looked good. About 1 year later siding became loose. Contacted company and they did come out and try to fix it by driving nails directly thru the siding. It was a bit ugly and questionable but did not fix the problem. The siding is still bulging from the house. The big problem is that I have tried contacting the company again now for months just to see what needed to be done to fix the problem and can not get any response in any form.

Tim was great in setting up and handling everything and the work was done in a timely fashion, and and professionally. Clean up was excellent. Completely satisfied with the entire project, would highly recommend Empire Roofing and Remodeling. Give Tim Gentry a call...

Tim was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. When the shingles I initially chose were not available in a timely manner, he offered options for replacement shingles that worked out well. He was courteous at all times, did the work quickly, kept me informed as the project progressed, and followed up afterwards. Highly recommend him.

Empire Roofing and Remodeling did such a wonderful job! Tim, the owner is very attentive to what you are looking for and made himself available continuously for any questions or concerns that I had. His crew is very courteous and hard-working. All debris was cleaned up after the job and the house looks amazing. I have recommended Empire Roofing and Remodeling to several family members and friends. I will definitely use him for my next remodeling project or roof replacement when that time comes

I live in a newer home in my area, and the siding had started to warp and bubble on one side of my house. Fearing the worst, I reached out to these guys through Angie's List, and they responded quickly. They came out the same day I put in my request, gave a detailed estimate, and knocked out the job as soon as I was ready a few days later. They did a great job, and really helped me understand the underlying issue with my siding and what to expect in the future. Never did I think I would get that sort of issue resolved as quickly as it did. Pricing was very fair as well. If I ever need siding work done again, or honestly any of the services they offer, I would absolutely use them again.

Excellant. Crews kept areas picked up and very clean especially when they did a complete tear off on my roof. Owner of company checked on how jobs were going throughout the process and checked on completed jobs to make sure I was happy.

It went well. The complete roof replacement was completed in a day. The crew was on time to start the project. The clean up and trash removal was done as efficiently as the project itself.

Communication was good and contractor was on time. Work was performed quickly and pictures were taken to show exactly what was found and how the repairs were made. My questions were professionally answered and I have great confidence in the quality of work done.

He took the time to explain everything about the process to us prior to and during the work and addressed any issues we had. Some siding that blew off of my home was replaced. The color of the newly installed siding matched up perfectly with my current siding! The owner of the company took the time to explain everything that I needed to know about the project. In addition, the price was very fair and affordable for me, and the job was completed expeditiously. I have already recommended this company to a neighbor of mine, and would gladly recommend this company to anyone else who needed home projects completed.

Was looking for a roofing company for my parents in a different state. Came to Angie’s List and found Tim and his company. Not only is Tim professional, punctual and personable, he and his team were fast, efficient and the results were amazing. My mom and dad are extremely pleased and so am I.
