"My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. "This is the second time I have used 1st Source for remodeling. First time was to move wall, create a unique entry way, and improve line of sight in the house. The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The project went great.  We were very pleased  with the service that King Construction provided for us.  My husband and I are both in our 60's and the attic ladder going into our attic was over 35 years old and was in need of being replaced.  I call Mr. King on Wednesday afternoon, he returned my call Thursday morning,  He sent someone out Friday morning to give us an estimated.   
Mr. King set up our installation for Saturday afternoon.  They arrived with the new attic ladder and in an hour and a half our new attic ladder was installed.  The installers were knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around.  They knew what they were doing and we are very satisfied with the work. We will call on them again when the need arises. Thank you for a great job.
