That means knowing exactly what you're paying, no hidden fees or strings attached.\n\n All in-person services cost a $75 service fee. this includes the time it took to get to your home, planning for the specific job, picking up any materials that may be needed for the job specified, gas, communication, and time taken to discuss your specific job.\n\nAll services also have a 15% tax to be calculated at the end of the day. this encompasses the service fee, work done, and materials purchased.\n\nHourly rates are $50/hr. this begins when I arrive on-site. During the months of March and April, the first 3 hours will be rated at 40/hour. If additional help is required, my helper will be rated at $25/hour.\n\nEach day if your job takes longer than 7 hours, the 8th hour will be provided free of charge.

If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
