"Andy's company replaced the roof for our house in October 2020. It was about 4 years ago. Andy and his employees did a great job. On November 22, 2024 we noticed a leak from the roof. We sent a text message to Andy on Friday afternoon. Andy responded on Monday. Andy sent three people out on Tuesday to take a look. They found ventilation on the roof had been displaced by strong winds. They fixed it right away. I am satisfied with Andy's responsibility."

"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."
