"Dakota Property services did a fantastic job across the board. Matthew is 100% customer service driven. He was professional and prompt on the initial quote. He called to give a specific time window when the crew would arrive. We met the crew at the appointment. They were courteous, accommodating, and professional. The work done was above and beyond expectations. They cleaned up excess debris around the neighbors. Crew leader checked in prior to departure to make sure all needs were met. Matthew called after the work was complete to ask if we were satisfied. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Our driveway, street, and decks are the cleanest in the neighborhood. "I have a property that one out of the four concrete pads in the driveway had sunk. The tenant thought it could cause a tripping hazard so I contacted James and he went out there in one day with his crew and remove the concrete and repoured the concrete pad, making it level. He matched the concrete pad with an aggregate finish, and it looked like it did when it was new they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the tenant was very happy."
