"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

My ceilings would not support conventional tiles, and I refused to put an unrated and unrecommended flammable roof on my house. After months of research, I found a 50 yr. guaranteed lighter weight tile from a highly regarded Canadian company. None of the roofers I contacted were interested in working with an unfamiliar material. Lorin, on the other hand, was enthused about the opportunity to try something new. It required an online training session and a fairly complicated process of ordering and receiving materials from another country another currency. Through the whole process, Lorin was upbeat and positive. And, I can't say enough about his crew who worked really hard in the most miserable of weather conditions.
