They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

They made sure all the pathways were clear of wastes, nails and debris. Even stopping from their lunch break to make sure I was able to walk safely on the side walk. "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC. "I found Mr. Holloran an honest, punctual, and polite man. He was early to my home for a no-cost roof cleaning estimate. He explained what he does for a roof estimate. After walking around my first-level roof, he came down and showed me a few pictures he had taken up there. He encouraged me to have the shingles replaced. Mr. Holloran does not roof; he did not want me to have a fragile roof cleaned."

"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."
