DaBella - Portland (Roofing)

A bit unclear on expectations of what would be done during project, but it looks good and only took 2 days to complete!

Good work was done by a subcontractor company. So, we were scammed to a degree as DaBella sales team stated it was a DaBella crew, not a subcontractor. Very poor to non existent communication. Requested via email and phone messages for a mailed print receipt and warranty after the job was completed. Never heard back from DaBella. Would not recommend DaBella.

No comunication

Richard and Brian came to my house and represented the DaBella company well. They were very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was able to get signed up to receive a new roof and gutters within my budget.

Loved our sales team and thw6 build team. Not so thrilled with our project manager. She needs to learn to return phone calls and to keep homeowners informed.

They were prompt and diligent. Worked with my schedule to get my new roof done before first rain of the season

Professional job crews were organized and efficient. Took care in the cleanup.

Elisey and Eric did an absolutely fantastic job helping us throughout this project from building us the 3D model of how the home would look to finishing touches looking exactly how we would want it to look. Thank you to Hailey and Katelyn for coordinating this project and doing an amazing job making sure this project turned out exactly how we wanted it. Installers did a fantastic job. Thank you Dabella.

when they finely got here a day late. they did an awesome job and had it done in a day and a half. clean up could of been a little better. but all in all extremely satisfied with the work. just a suggestion with future clients you need to have an onsite lead that can speak English instead of texting through the phone for questions and answers.

Work was done well and very quickly- even ahead of schedule. Very considerate work crew. Excellent clean up. The primary reason for not full stars was the higher cost compared to other contractors and wasnâ t particularly happy with the quality of the bathroom roof vents they used, especially since we live at the coast with a lot of rust and corrosion and aggressive squirrels that love getting into attics.

Communication could have been better but on site workers were willing to stop and explain as much as they could. Initial sales estimate used more pressure tactics than other bids ( they came in high and came down like a used car salesman). Very nice folks from start to finish and the place looks great now. Not an easy job with Lots of failing siding to replace and they worked with me to get it done right.

From the exceptional presentation (had to do it twice so my wife could hear it), to the delivery of materials to the actual installation, have never been so impressed with a complete construction package. These folks are the best out there.

They did an excellent job and then the gutters were done. Made my house look brand new. Highly recommend!

Was told there would not be any gaps where two pieces overlap. There are many gaps. Never again.

Project is planned and work will begin in 3-5 weeks. I am very happy with the quality of the materials they will be using, very happy with the project manager, very happy with the timeline, and I am expecting to be just as happy with the finished roof. Been trying to get this project going for the last six months, got on Angie’s they hooked me up with DaBella and less than 24 hours later project planned and going forward.

Very knowledgeable. Feels like the right way to go. We will see.

Install was quick and easy, and job was done well. New roof looks great and no more leaks!

11-5-2021 Dabella employees Kyle and Eldric came to our home on the NW Oregon coast and gave us a bid on a complete roof, gutters, skylights and fascia board replacement for our home. This was the 2nd time Dabella had been to our home to present their roof system, and project bid to us. After the 1st bid, we decided to wait and focus our finances on a different home improvement project. This decision was in no way based on any aspect of Dabella's bid. It was solely influenced by priority. Both presentations were a bit long. However, the information provided about their roofing system was thorough and easy to understand. Eldric and Kyle conducted a brief and efficient inspection of the roof upon arrival. Clearly they knew what they were looking for. Their inspection inside the attic and outside revealed problems we knew already existed, and a couple we not aware of. Eldric and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable, and listened to what was important to us. Their presentation was informative and eye opening. They gave us plenty of opportunities to ask, and answer any questions we had. After all was said and done, we decided that Dabella was the right company to do the job. You/we, don't just hand over sums of money to just any one, and say "Hey tear off and replace my roof!" There has to be trust and confidence in the company to do exactly what they say they will do. In a timely and reasonable fashion. Eldric and Kyle presented us with information that gave us the confidence to do just that. This decision was based on several reasons. First and foremost was cost. If you want quality, it isn't cheap. We want quality! Dabella quoted us a bid we thought was acceptable for what we want done, how the finished product will be upon completion, the materials used, and the service they will provide throughout the project. Additionally, we have done several home projects and have had difficulty finding and hiring reliable, quality construction businesses to do the work. We felt we didn't have to worry about this aspect by choosing Dabella to do the job. Dabella provided us with a project window that was acceptable to us. The work window was not our ideal preference, but Eldric and Kyle's presentation of information and assurances, gave us the confidence to trust this company to do a proper quality job, while protecting the integrity of our home through completion of the project.

Debella has resolved dispute to my satisfaction.

Have had DaBella complete a couple projects- roof replacement and window replacements- had a great experience with both projects.
