His roofing crew is obviously very experienced; they completed the entire job in only a few days, and they left the job site immaculately clean. I inspected their work when they were finished and it was absolutely perfect. The new gutter system is solid and it looks great, and the new shingles and flashing are flawless. "We had a leak on a Sunday morning. Within a few hours there was a team here tarting the roof. After consulting with us (roof had tiles, had leaked before, and the age of the roof) we decided to replace the roof. The team had to replace facia boards and gutters, so it was a longer process than most. The team was cheesy with communication and our roof looks great!!"

For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated. "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC. "I was impressed by the skill, expertise, and experience displayed by Ricardo Gallegos in identifying and patching a leak that appeared in our ceiling above the roof dormer. While there was a small issue on the roof itself, the primary leak source was identified as failed caulking and siding areas on the dormer itself. Richardo has knowledge of both roofing and siding and in talking with him about the issues and repair job it was obvious he really knows roofing, siding, and how water interacts with both. Other roofing companies only found the small issue on the roof and missed what turned out to be an obvious siding gap and other failure issues that was right above the drip point in the area of the leak itself."

All the windows are KVN double flashed, siding is Hardie plank and shingle, the roof is Malarkey, a local composite roofing made for the NW. The paint is Sherwin Williams Resilience. I was given a paint consultation as part of the SW package. The color suggestions I did not use. The site was tidy at the days end. The project moved along in about 6 weeks. I highly recommend their company, and their 30 years of experience."
