They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well.
