"They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"

"Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. It amazes me that there are people still around that want to do such a great job just because it is the right thing to do. Oliver is one of those people. I am so lucky that I was able to connect with him. I will hire him anytime I have a project to do. I know it will be done right and I will be very, very happy"

Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. My family is looking forward to having Aylwin do a full replacement this year or next with a full Tesla Roof. I was completely surprised to read the recent review regarding the quality of work done by Aylwin Construction at a local condominium. Over the past 20 years, as an owner of one of Portland’s larger boutique industrial real estate firms, I have recommended Aylwin Construction to my biggest and best real estate investors. Making a poor recommendation would reflect poorly on me and my company. "Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. I was given a free evaluation of my roof, shown samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

Their quote was done in a timely manner and was the most competitive. They tore off at least 4 layers of old roofing and installed a new one in less than a week.
