"I had been wondering what kind of shape my wood fireplaces were in and wanted to get them cleaned. Jason was very professional, personable and even arrived a few minutes early. He went over the chimneys inside & out and was very thourough explaining the inner workings. He offered suggestions on things that could be changed to become more efficient but was not trying to up sell at all. I would highly recommend Master Sweep to anyone after the great job they did at our house."

All went well.  Mike arrived on time and began in the fireplace.  He cleaned the firebox, and connected a vacuum to the chimney to remove the soot from the interior.  He prepared the space well, securing the vacuum and using a drop cloth on the hearth and nearby carpet.  No dust or debris was left and we didn't need to move any furniture.  Mike also inspected the exterior of the chimney, from the ground and from the roof.  He took photos of some damage to the cap and of moss that cant be seen from the ground. He recommended areas that may need attention, and suggested things to better maintain our fireplace and get more years out of it.

We will definitely call them again for any chimney work.
