At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. IF YOU DO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE(S), YOU NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED & YOU NEED TO BE READY & ABLE TO CHECK THE WORK THAT YOU PAID THEM TO PERFORM. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."
