They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. "I was impressed by the skill, expertise, and experience displayed by Ricardo Gallegos in identifying and patching a leak that appeared in our ceiling above the roof dormer. While there was a small issue on the roof itself, the primary leak source was identified as failed caulking and siding areas on the dormer itself. Richardo has knowledge of both roofing and siding and in talking with him about the issues and repair job it was obvious he really knows roofing, siding, and how water interacts with both. Other roofing companies only found the small issue on the roof and missed what turned out to be an obvious siding gap and other failure issues that was right above the drip point in the area of the leak itself."
