Thanks to Alex, Johnny, Fidel and crew for making our roof replacement non-eventful. Start to finish they were professional and provided us constant updates and recommendations to make our project successful.

Our five-year-old roof developed a major leak (gallons of water pouring into the garage), so we contacted Ibex. At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.

May not be the cheapest, but when it comes to quality they are the best! Everything about Ibex is first-class. You'll love the five star roof you end up with. I actually enjoyed doing business with them. Do yourself a favor and include them as one of the roofers you get bids from. Most likely you'll wind up having them roof your home.

IBEX might not be the cheapest in the short term, but their 20 year transferrable warranty and guaranteed price made them the choice for me. They checked in every step of the way to make sure we were happy with process.

Very communicative

Choosing IBEX to replace my roof was the right one for me. Working with Kyle, Johnny and their crew has been top notch and very professional from the beginning. I wanted to replace two old skylights and Johnny went out of his way to see that the new ones were exactly what I wanted. Everything from the first bid to the work itself was explained very clearly and in a timely manner. I didn't feel pressured at all! I would recommend IBEX to anybody who's looking for a roofing contractor. They were great!

Every interaction we've had with Ibex Roof has been professional. Nanda provided our initial estimate and explained what we needed and provided suggestions as well as financial options. We signed up for their service that day. They kept us informed as to the schedule and timeline. They arrived when they said they would. Cesar did the initial work. He was efficient and explained each step he would take to remove old items from our roof, repair old vent seals, and prepped the de-mossing of our roof. His customer service was fantastic. We will not hesitate in hiring Ibex in the future should we need additional roof work.

The project was finished on time. Only one issue that they will be coming back to complete. I was very happy with dealing with sales rep and other staff that I dealt with on the telephone and on the walk through for the project and they are coming back to complete the issues I had. The roof looks great.

At the time of writing this review IBEX has completed re-roofing my house but just waiting for my new gutters. IBEX was awesome every step of the way. They were always available for any questions I had and they were courteous and knowledgeable. My neighbor even commented on the incredible job they did.

They were great! I had a leak in my roof and they came out and tarped it up before the new roof was installed. I will hire them for my next house when it needs roof.

Honest, good communication, friendly, timely, did great work

Cody was great to work with. He called to let us know he was early and could come over and talk to us abut replacing our old roof. He showed us various examples and why Ibex uses this materials. We signed on for the roof replacement. Juan and Marco were the installers and they were great. They listened to what we wanted and answered all of our questions. They were fast, clean and know their jobs well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not the least expensive, but very thorough. They checked things during their estimate process which other businesses I had come to look at the roof, did not. They did a great job in a timely manner.

The roof on our rental house developed a leak. The estimator came out promptly and diagnosed a leaking vent pipe. The crew came out promptly and did excellent work replacing all of the vent pipes. They also pointed out a couple of other issues that I took care of myself. Everyone was very courteous and professional.
