Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

"It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. He also was threatening me that he will come back and brake my gutters! Scam! Awful services, not professional at all."

Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. I have experienced many problems in the past with other roofing contractors - as a rental property investor of 30 years in the Salem-Corvallis-Beaverton areas. "Jason Doran is currently operating on a suspended CCB license #147440. He appears to now be running his business under the name of Chimney-Pro (most likely due to the license suspension). There is a reason why he has received numerous 1 star reviews and it is because he is completely incompetent and a p*** poor "con artist." He is not licensed to work in the state of WA but did so toward the end of 2024. We filed a complaint with the WA Dept of Labor and Industries. He is being fined in the amount of $1,200 for this violation. We paid him $2,000 to perform work. He royally f'd up the job. We offered to settle for a refund for $1,000, he declined. We just won a small claim judgment against him in the current amount of $2,496.38. If he continues to avoid this situation, the fees will only increase. Do not hire Master Sweep or Chimney-Pro."
