"Neil contacted me promptly, came out and gave me a very detailed list of work that would be done.Mike & Luke showed up on time (actually a little early) did a walk around, asked if I had any questions and got to work. They exceeded my expectations! They were respectful of the property, cleaned up and had me walk around and inspect, making sure everything was done right. The communication & customer service was excellent.I highly recommend Over the Top and would use them again."
