They worked during the aftermath of a winter snow & ice storm, likely a busy time for them, to get my heat up and running after a power surge blew my HVAC power supply, and charged me a reasonable fee for the service. "Climate Control provided a very quick quote on the service, which was a bit higher than another company's quote. But Climate Control recommended a higher end model of the Carrier compressor, so that made up much of the price difference. About 1 week after installation, the A/C failed. CC came back very quickly, found a bad braze in the refrigerant plumbing, and fixed now. I was very pleased throughout with the professionalism and responsiveness.show more
