Wonderful! Our technician arrived right on time and was kind, considerate, skillful and thorough. I would highly recommend this company! A+ all around!! Cost included the replacement of four filters.

We have them come out on a fairly regular basis. We don’t have a contract, we have them come out kind of random. We usually have them come out and just check the A/C before summer.

Great experience with the estimator and crew. Randy was extremely responsive to follow-up questions about the job. The crew was punctual, courteous, and almost invisible while they worked on the ducts and furnace. The system now works seamlessly and my family is much more comfortable.

They're actually really good. They're always on time and their prices are fair. Their service is friendly and it's done right the first time. They do good work. I just call them every year to do the maintenance check for me. The yearly service is $100 and it's another $100 for the heap filter. They always do really good and their pricing is competitive. I never had to call them back and that's really nice. I called them for the service and they were out here two days later. So they're pretty good. They were here early. They were supposed to come between 3 o'clock and 5 o'clock, and they showed up at 2:50 p.m.. It was close enough. When I call into their office, it's kind of funny because somebody will answer the phone and then hand it over to somebody who can schedule me. I can tell it's a small locally owned company but they're always professional.

They did very good work at a reasonable price. They're always punctual. They have fair prices and nice people that are just plain easy to work with. Their pricing is always reasonable.

Replaced old furnance

Overall the performance went smooth...and almost immediately when turning on the heat pump my home became cool...I am so glad I did this...I bought a Lenex one and ahalf ton heat pump/air conditioner....

Supreme Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning came out on a Saturday and I think their prices was very reasonable for what they did. This is the company that originally put it in. I am sure the pricing was very competitive. The quality of service was excellent. The came when they said they were going to. They are very professional.

I had no problems with them at all. They put the original equipment in for us. I did not price compare for services, I have no idea what it would cost to go to someone else.

Our gas fireplace slowly but surely developed more problems and the last straw is when it was shutting itself off periodically. Supreme comfort came out and diagonised all of the problems, fix them and left things better than new.

We have used Supreme Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for seven years. It always feels fine, no problem. They verify fully and remember to call me; when, they think service might be due and I check. They are always very efficient and I think we always get our money's worth. They know their furnaces very well. They are just a pleasure to deal with.

The whole experience with Supreme Comfort was excellent. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment the very next day. My appointment time was between 3 - 5pm and Nick arrived at 3:30pm. Nick removed his shoes before entering the house and went right to work. He explained what he was doing, looking for, and testing throughout the process. We had been unable to get the pilot light relighted and NW Natural Gas was also unable to get it lit. Nick methodically went through the fireplace and checked everything. He got the pilot light lit and then shut it off and relighted it several times to make sure it worked properly. Nick lit the fireplace and tested that several times too. Nick was very professional and provided excellent service. The cost was very reasonable for the services provided, thorough job, and time spent. Nick spent about 55 minutes with us. I highly recommend Supreme Comfort and plan on using them to run a gas line when we remodel our kitchen this spring.

Kirk arrived on time, he installed the thermostat quickly and efficiently, explained how to program it, and charged me exactly what they said it would cost.

We thought they did a great job. They did a really good job. They were very clean, and they took good care of everything. I was impressed. They seemed knowledgeable and competent.

Old furnace failed called Randy and he was over the next morning with a quote. Easy to work with and would use again...

In short notice (2 hrs.), they dispatched a service person, who diagnosed the gas furnace problem (ignition control box) and fixed very professionally. Now wroking great.

Very well. Randy was quick to come out and give his assessment and estimate. He warned me against putting an air in-take in the master bedroom because the noise might disturb sleeping. He could have charged me more money for the in-take, but he gave me good advice instead. Three other furnace companies didn't mention the noise factor. Randy answered all of my many questions in a friendly, patient, thoughtful, and straight-forward manner. The day of the job he carefully explained the details to the installers. Supreme Comfort did everything possible to fill out and submit the three rebate forms. I got the rebates in quick order.

Excellent service once scheduled. Not good at returning service request calls unless emergency stated.

After getting estimates from at least five other contractors, they were the most professional and most reasonably priced. The crew came out, did their work very quickly, and were extremely respectful of our home.

They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with both the quality of the new system and the installation. Their installation team worked very hard (never even took a lunch break), and they were very considerate of our house and kept things very clean. I had three bids performed on this job. Their bid was slightly higher than the second bid, but they installed higher quality and higher performance equipment. Given this and the quality installation, there is no doubt in my mind that I selected the best company for the job. Randy was very helpful and made it very easy for me to collect rebates, tax credits, etc. that we qualified for. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

The repairman came on time. He was very efficient and patient about explaining all the features of the various products we have. Supreme installed the furnaces, hot water system, air cleaners, and both gas fireplaces when the house was built for another owner. It was great to have someone come who was familiar with the systems and could tell me how to fix and do the upkeep on them. I had called two other companies about having the fireplaces checked and was quoted outrageous amounts just to make a service call. Supreme charges $72/hour and it was worth every penny.
