The initial fix solved one problem, but then an even larger problem was found. At that point they recommended replacing the furnace as it was already on its last leg anyway. Their technicians were very friendly and explained what they were doing during all steps. They were prompt with their service. I had a secondary source for heat (gas fireplace inside), so I was in no rush and had the service calls when it was convenient for my schedule.
