Yes! Brian came one Thanksgiving when no one else would. Years ago. He’s come back every six months on a maintenance plan since then.

Brian arrived on time and went right into his work. As always, I have no complaints.

The Hoodview maintenance plan is working well for us. We do have to take time to stay home but people arrive on time and we get reasonable windows for arrival times. It may be more expensive in short run but we have more confidence that our system will operate properly for longer.

I have an annual maintenance contract with Hoodview and was only charged for the part and it's installation. I am very happy with Hoodview and recommend them highly.

Very good. We used this company for 16 years in our Portland home. This company has an excellent service plan to ensure you remember to do the cleaning/inspection each year. They also are very honest, and do not recommend repairs that are not necessary. If you do need something, they sell good quality furnaces. Brian also went above and beyond, and came out on a special request when I was selling the home to do a special inspection for us. Very honest and thorough assessments every time.

Brian is superb. Both with the quality of products he installs and his cusomter service. In fact, his customer service is second to none. I belong to his Comfort Club, meaning if anything goes wrong, you jump to front of the line and also get a discount on any parts and repairs. When my AC went out during this heat spell, I was able to reach Brian directly first try and he was at my home in less than one hour. He diagnosed the problem, went to town to pick up the part, and had my AC back on within 3 hrs from the time I placed my call to him. One can’t ask for more. He is the best.

I originally called because my system was leaking water. I cleaned the filters and was still having problems. By the time Brian arrived, the everything was OK. He didn't charge for the call even though he made a trip out to look at it. At that time, he gave me information about his "comfort care club" which has and annual fee and include twice yearly maintenance and some discounts on other services. We decided to join and when there was another problem due to a clog he came immediately and did not charge again. Since then he has come out to the fall maintenance. We are very happy with his service.

Great! He was again punctual and quickly finished the work. He always returns calls and is friendly and helpful. So nice to deal with him.

These folks have been taking care of us for as long as we had our new heating/cooling unit (5+ years). Brian and his folks have always taken care of us, made sure our unit is working properly and is in tip-top shape, and does it for a very reasonable price. I'm glad we started working with them, and am happy to have them as our service provider.

I have them come twice a year, they installed my new furnace and air conditioning and they service it. I think the first number of them were free.

The first AC repair company I called couldn't get there for 3-4 weeks. They made no effort to ask if it was urgent. I found Hoodview Heating online, called them, left a message, they returned my call promptly. I was told he wouldn't be able to get to it for a few days, that was fine. But the next day he called, said he had a slot of time, he could come over that afternoon and look at it. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate before fixing it, and it was done. I felt it was a reasonable cost and heck, after this heat wave, I am so grateful! Thank you!

He was condisending, and not helpful. He did the service we payed for, but did not offer help on questionsed asked. The AC unit was still malfunctioning after his service was performed. We had to call and pay another company to do a more thorough job. This other company showed, and explained what was wrong with our system.

Brian was on time. He is very professional but friendly.
