"Extremely well. The house was a rental and the previous tenants had a Golden Retriever dog (long hair). The ducts were clogged with dog hair. The crew arrived on time and went right to work vacuuming every duct and the HVAC unit."

"Ben Fish showed up right on time, went up to my attic space for a visual inspection (something I should have done a long time ago but didn't) and measured the depth of insulation, appliance efficiency, energy loss from floor/walls/windows, and put it on a nice, easy-to-read spreadsheet, as well as throroughly explained everything. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, as there had been in the past with HVAC repairmen. One reason I wanted this audit was for the impartial 3rd party feedback, which is exactly what I got.

Jesus from Northwest Duct Services promptly came out to give us an estimate and then scheduled the repairs and duct cleaning on a Sunday so that we could be rid of the mice as soon as possible.
