"As before with previous work done by Absolute Temp Control, I wish there was a higher rating than 5. 2 days ago the air conditioning in the house stopped working. The Portland area has been enduring a series of 90-100 degree F days. John came out within ~1 hour of when I called. Turns out the HVAC unit is ~20 years old and on its last legs. John replaced the thermostat and fixed the wheezing HVAC’s other maladies. There are three of us formerly sweating humans and 2 no longer panting dogs here and we are all grateful to Absolute Temp Control for their speedy repair."

"FIVE STAR BUSINESS!!!!! This business was recommended to us by Roth HVAC in Canby. The initial phone call was answered in the most professional and polite way. Was able to get an appointment within a few days. We had soot and smoke damage to our home from the Mollala fires.We had a restoration service that worked on removing the soot. But we also wanted our ducts cleaned. I ordered the duct cleaning, plus the dryer vent cleaning and the Antimicrobial Treatment (highly recommend). Our visit was scheduled for 8AM. Twenty minutes before arrival, we received a call with the ETA. Well, Neal and Jesse................competent, thorough, professional, incredible people. And a great sense of humor. I have an annual service contract for my residence with Oregon Heating and always request that Chris be my technician.  If I have to wait a little longer to get on his schedule, it's worth it!  Chris is a true pro.  He is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly, courteous and cares about the customer's needs.  I also recently used Oregon Heating and Chris to service the system in my Mother's home.  She passed away a few months ago and I am selling her house.  I needed a detailed service for the potential buyer, so I asked for Chris.  As always, he did a superior job for me and I am sure has satisfied the home's buyer.
