"As before with previous work done by Absolute Temp Control, I wish there was a higher rating than 5. 2 days ago the air conditioning in the house stopped working. The Portland area has been enduring a series of 90-100 degree F days. John came out within ~1 hour of when I called. Turns out the HVAC unit is ~20 years old and on its last legs. John replaced the thermostat and fixed the wheezing HVAC’s other maladies. There are three of us formerly sweating humans and 2 no longer panting dogs here and we are all grateful to Absolute Temp Control for their speedy repair."

"FIVE STAR BUSINESS!!!!! This business was recommended to us by Roth HVAC in Canby. The initial phone call was answered in the most professional and polite way. Was able to get an appointment within a few days. We had soot and smoke damage to our home from the Mollala fires.We had a restoration service that worked on removing the soot. But we also wanted our ducts cleaned. I ordered the duct cleaning, plus the dryer vent cleaning and the Antimicrobial Treatment (highly recommend). Our visit was scheduled for 8AM. Twenty minutes before arrival, we received a call with the ETA. Well, Neal and Jesse................competent, thorough, professional, incredible people. And a great sense of humor. Answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable. Followed all Covid-19 guidelines from masks to distancing. Very respectful. If you need quality duct cleaning done right, call them now!! "We had Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning install one gas furnace in our basement and one heat pump with electric heating and AC in our attic.  We also had them install 2nd floor bathroom fans as they were working in the attic space anyway. The quote was reasonable though not inexpensive.  The install job was done on time and professional looking but the installers stopped just short of finishing the job.  The attic fan ducting was sealed on the exhaust end so the fans were working very hard to push no air through. When I realized this was the issue they came our immediately and fixed the issue. 

We had them put in a fancy pants electronic air cleaner with the AC system in the attic. From day one it never worked.  It sat there with error lights flashing but reseting the power would fix it for about a day so it was hard for the installers to realize there was an issue. I was very impressed with how seriously they took this issue. It took literally 4 years to fix this issue but it turns out in the end there was one bad part that they had already replaced. So a thrid one did fix the issue. Sometimes it took a while to realize it was not working. So what I'm saying is that while having something not working right for 4 years is frustrating for me it was also for them as well. They always came right out, were always on time, and stayed committed to fixing the issue.

The gas furnace they installed has been working just fine. No problems in the last 5 years. 

 I would recommend Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning despite the issues I had. It's their service that greatly impressed me."
