Everything went smoothly

I am very unsatisfied with their communication and efforts to resolve a problem.

We hired Sears to install central air in our house in 2020. After the initial install the first time we used it the sensor for the pump to remove the condensation was not working. They sent the contractors back out to fix it and we were given quite a bit of attitude about it as well as lied to saying something about it not being "charged properly", whatever that means. This did not fix the problem and I was greeted by a massive puddle in my living room from the water that ran from our attic, through the 2nd floor, and to our first floor which caused damage to our ceiling/floors. Had to have a local guy out to fix it who informed us of a myriad of errors in the installs. Sears has refused to fix any of these problems, saying we are now "out of warranty" but the problem is they never installed it correctly to begin with. Everything about them has been shady since they got our signatures on the contract. Sears has fallen far.

The actual subcontract that did the 8nstall was Mamkating Heating & Cooling and 5hey were awesome. The were quick, profesdional, and cared about my property. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat! I give them 10 sta4s ????????????????????

Great sales pitch. Had to wait two months for it to be installed. Communication not so great after signing contract

They came in, as scheduled, and completed the job in 1 day. I've asked them to come back out because the system is not cooling evenly throughout the 1st fl. They've come out twice, but nothing changed. The second tech was very nice but could not understand or explain anything to me in english. I am now waiting for a third visit. I work days, so I need at least a days notice. They called me Friday stating they would be there in 30 mins. That won't work for me. I've spent a lot of money and I would like them to get it right.
