Spoke to a Jason?? who called right after I spoke to someone else. Jason was a bit rude and condescending on the phone. Basically I declined the service as I didn't want to pay for a service call just to get a price quote. I understand there are costs involved and a simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have sufficed, but instead he starts rambling about having to pay his guys $60/hour and blah blah blah. He made me feel bad for declining and he said Good Luck and hanged up the phone not giving me a chance to ask further questions nor even to say thank you for his time. Just utterly rude

Found problem and fixed, pleasant service man seems to know his stuff

It was wonderful. They came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to do a repair instead of replacement.

They called quickly and were able to come within hours, fitting me in at the end of there day at 9:00 pm. They knew what the problem was from my description and had the part with them. My heat pump was fixed in minutes. They wanted to see my furnace and saw it was covered with inches of dust and cat hair. Cleaning it out took longer than repairing the heat pump. That made such a huge difference in the function of the whole system. The furnace is quieter and cools faster now. While my unit is very old, they didn't try to scare me into a new system. But they did tell me about federal, state, and local power company rebates available when I decide to upgrade. I will most definitely pass there business cards on to my neighbors, and go back to them when I do upgrade. My indoor temp was 90 degrees and Jason was dripping sweat cleaning the furnace. Super nice guys. Smiling and friendly after a very hot and truly long day of travel and helping folks get their air conditioning working again.

Service was wonderful! Jason was able to come quick & right on time! He diagnosed the problem right away, and had great, affordable suggestions for making repairs to my system that will help it be more efficient. Very highly recommended! Will definitely be calling again for routine maintenance!

The guys were efficient, knowledgeable, and very nice to work with. I hired these guys to replaced our old air conditioning and furnace, with a new energy efficient one. I was overly surprised to see the craftsmanship on the finished product. I’ve told several of my friends about these guys and I just wanted to also give ‘em a nice review.

Jason came right out to diagnose the problem(s) we were having with our AC unit and was able to get us up and running again. Very thorough, friendly, honest and fair priced. Tristan and Adam were great too. We will certainly be using these guys from now on!
