Basically I declined the service as I didn't want to pay for a service call just to get a price quote. I understand there are costs involved and a simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have sufficed, but instead he starts rambling about having to pay his guys $60/hour and blah blah blah. He made me feel bad for declining and he said Good Luck and hanged up the phone not giving me a chance to ask further questions nor even to say thank you for his time. Just utterly rude"

When we ran into an issue with our hood venting he was able to fix that with no issues. We were able to order all the materials through him and the cost includes materials and labor. The pricing wasn't much different than a big box store, and being able to work directly with him and not a third party was much nicer. We will use him again when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"
