They consistently kept me updated on what was going on and explained everything they were doing in detail. If there was something I didn't understand, they happily explained what they were doing. Mike (the owner) came out to give us a bid on the job and came up with a creative solution none of the other companies came up with. It was a good solution and also saved us quite a bit of money. Mike's work crew did a very nice job installing everything and were very polite and pleasant to work with. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They took out our old heaters and recycled them for us, so we didn't have to hassle with them ourselves.
