"Alpine came in and repired our job whcih had been "boched" by another company. The repair man took all the time he needed to check out our system and make sure that it was repairable prior to determining what exactly needed to be done. He advised us of the problems and what parts, etc. would be needed. He had the unit up and running good after many stalls by the other company, and giving us quotes for parts that were not really needed, and billing us for four (4) service calls in a month prior to Alpine's fixing their mess up.
