"Just wow! Our ducts were in a horrible state, probably never been cleaned and partially buried under the dirt in our crawlspace. There were massive leaks and even in our dinky house the air flow could hardly be felt out of the vents, and what did come out was filled with dust and who knows what else considering the varmint problems we've experienced in the past. The team came out on a Saturday which is huge so I didn't have to take time off of work, and a job that seemed to me to be pretty big only took 3 guys 2 hours start to finish!! The air current coming out now is so strong that our curtains move- something I have not witnessed in our home in 6 years; and the temperature in our back rooms are within a degree of the main living space now instead of being a freezer. I cant wait to start saving money on our heating and cooling bills while also being comfortable in our home, and I also look forward to not having to dust everything multiple times a week and suffering from less dust allergies. "My Heat Pump AC failed, and I called 2 other companies, and all they said was "you're on the list". Ron answered the call and came out, at the end of the day, and got my 20 year old system to at least work in AC mode. So, I asked about a replacement system, he gave me a price that was lower than some others, and arranged for financing, and came out and put in the system with 2 assistants. It is very well installed, much better insulated than the system we had and is very quiet and efficient. Airflow is much better than it was. Overall I strongly recommend Awesome as a repair service or for new install. They were very professional and reliable."

"I had a heat pump installed so I could have AC in the summer as well as heat. Customer service was great from the office person to the installer. I thought the contract had enough detail to satisfy me but I did not find out until signing and paying deposit that electrical was not included. It would have been nice to know that up front. The installer was great and a bit of a perfectionist which was just fine with me. It led him to discovering that half my heating elements in existing furnace had been disconnected by previous owner and the reason was because that same owner had installed a transformer that didn't have enough volts to power all the elements. This was not easy to diagnose and I am grateful he persisted until he found it."

"We were pleased to see this special since D&R Heating had done the installation in 2008.  Kory was the service tech and he arrived on time.  He was extremely thorough in checking the furnace, heat pump and the thermostats for both of our zones. The heat pump was low on refrigerant. Kory topped it off, checked its operation with the thermostat, checked the furnace exchanges to see if our ducts needed cleaning, and gave us some pointers on our furnace/heat pump operation. We were very impressed with his work.
