"On time.. Friendly and had no problems with my doggies. worked on system the entire time. I surely hope they had time for lunch :). After all work was done, Nick came through and inspected everything. also explained to me about new thermostat. Furnace looks great and spanking sparkly. All old stuff was cleaned up and hauled away.
