For two weeks tried to have them come back and re-clean carpet. I was bounced from person to person and never had anyone willing to view my carpet. Had carpet cleaned by another company and the dirt and residue left by zerorez was disgusting. Asked zerorez for refund and was told to take it to small claims. I will be filing next week. Bait and switch is their game. DO NOT use this carpet cleaning service as it is fraught with poor performance and horrible customer service. Second cleaner said he would testify about prior unacceptable cleaning prior to his service. You would think that a "professional" company would avoid a small claim loss, and the results posted on every review site

The tech was running a few minutes behind schedule but called to let me know that he was on his way. The carpet on the stairs and in bedroom had been cleaned about 4-5 years ago, carpet in office had not been cleaned in about 10 years. There were stains from spills of everything from candle wax to coffee to unidentified stains that seemed to have materialized out of nowhere (no pet stains of any kind though). There was a slight "gym shoe/sock" odor that permeated the entire upstairs if windows remained shut for too long. I was just looking for an improvement and did not have very high expectations going into this ! RESULTS: ALL the stains are gone. The odor is gone. The carpet has a sort of brownish/beigeish diamond pattern and it is about 2 shades lighter and brighter now. Wish I had had this done a lot sooner -- won't wait so long next time

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA).
