They did a wonderful job, thorough in answering questions, they were polite and friendly. They first tried to troubleshoot the old air conditioning unit, they were very good in explaining about the work, and they help us realize that investing on our old air conditioning will not be cost effective, and that the explanation that they gave was very informative and thorough. They cleaned up after the service was completed and they just did an excellent job.

VERY well like ALWAYS!! BRAD is an EXCELLENT Technician. He is trustworthy and has a lot of knowledge and we appreciate that. The service coordinator LINDSIE ALWAYS does an EXCELLENT job by making sure that she gets a tech to fix the problem out ASAP. KIP in the office is also amazing and helped us out on this appointment as well, reaching out to LINDSIE. Overall VERY happy with this company and the service they give us. I went with Pacific because they had recently installed the heating unit in my newly built home. They were professional, punctual and efficient. They spent the time to give me a tutorial on operation of the new unit. They were careful about protecting my carpet and flooring with shoe covers. The unit is working fine. All in all a positive experience.

The installation was beautiful: prompt, right on schedule, done by a clean and courteous crew. The electrical contractor also did an excellent job. Megan Fisher personally oversaw the installation and was always pleasant, helpful, and kept us apprised at each step. She came with paperwork prepared and made sure we understood the rebate program and how to use the new equipment. When Megan detected a rare equipment defect, she worked diligently with the manufacturer and installer until the project was perfectly completed. We are thrilled with the new heating/air conditioning system and highly, confidently recommend Pacific Air Comfort and Megan Fisher.

They promptly provided a detailed quote, answered all questions, came out as scheduled, did a great installation, quickly responded to a minor problem and we are very happy with the heat pump they recommended. would use them again without hesitation.
