Excellent in every respect, except for the appearance of the finished project The quality of the materials is very good. The workmanship was great. My only complaint was with the rep. He was argumentative, to the point of being downright rude and unprofessional, and he never bothered to talk to me about the fact that the unit was slightly too large to fit in the space that I had without making some slight adjustments, or that they could have made it fit by cutting into a closet wall, but for whatever reason they chose not to do anything. He never said it would require reframing the door, which was something they did not do, and I would have to get someone else to do that, so they fabricated a metal panel and put it up, in place of the original door. In the meantime, the project would be left without a finished door. The rep So I was left with an ugly gray panel made out of metal that looks totally out of place on my wood wall.

Problems with settings on new WiFi thermostat - technician called it in and was told that my model# had computer chip issues and to take it offline. Said I would be notified when the issues were resolved by the manufacturer? That never happened. When I called the manufacturer months later, I was told that my model# was never defective?????

Alpine came in and repired our job whcih had been "boched" by another company. The repair man took all the time he needed to check out our system and make sure that it was repairable prior to determining what exactly needed to be done. He advised us of the problems and what parts, etc. would be needed. He had the unit up and running good after many stalls by the other company, and giving us quotes for parts that were not really needed, and billing us for four (4) service calls in a month prior to Alpine's fixing their mess up. Unit is now cooling our home and we are particularly happy with it since the temps have been in the 90's for a while.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING ANY OTHER COMPANY!! Alpines electricians and installers and management are the kindest, hard-working, most competent people you could ever want. My heat pump died the week before this terrible life endangering heat wave. I am very elderly with several severe physical disabilities and live in a metal manufactured house which heats up better than my oven! Alpines kind management, when informed that the dog and I were on the verge of fainting in the house which was over 105 degrees inside, sent their installation team over the next day, despite their schedule being backed up. Alpines price was competitive and the equipment is highly rated. I am pretty certain Alpine literally saved my life, because I had nowhere else to stay or live and the temp is expected to go to 114 degrees this weekend. The two electricians, the two installers, the supervisors, and the owner were all cheerful, pleasant, and worked no-stop from about 8:30 am to 8 pm to get the new heat pump up and working beautifully with no problems or hitches. I made sandwiches for lunch and they barely stopped working long enough to eat and to rest a little. The temperature inside the house was close to or at 100 degrees, but they kept working. All the Alpine employees were kind people whom I felt very lucky to have in my house. I could write forever, but I could never fully express my gratitude to Alpines wonderful employees,

He was on time and had a great personality, professional, and fast. He also went out of his way to give us the best price due to hardships of 2020. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
