"I originally contacted J&M with regards to cleaning and repairing my clothes dryer vent. The air ducts in my 20 year old house had never been cleaned so I had that done too. They did a very thorough job cleaning the air ducts and it has made a significant difference in the amount of dust in my house. The best part of their job was when the cleaned my dryer vent. It had not been cleaned for more than 10 years (my bad!). My dryer vent comes out of my house on one of the cut-outs in the foundation. I didn't realize that it had become disconnected to the outlet vent and was basically laying in the crawl space of my house blowing out lint and moisture. In order to clean it one of the guys had to crawl under my house and reconnect it and then they fabricated a metal plate where it exits my house to keep it from becoming disconnected in the future. My vent was completely full of lint, they must have cleaned out about a bushel basket worth. My dryer works fantastic now, it's like having a new clothes dryer.  The job they did was absolutely fantastic. They not only met my expectations but far exceeded them.

"The were on time,neat,nice and very professional. They put down all kinds of drop cloths and wore booties to protect my home. The insulation was quick and neat. My husband & I bought the sink and faucet ourselves. We bought the wrong colored grout & our installer replaced it for free. We also needed a new garbage dispose and the price they gave us beat Home Depot . We also had the wrong sized sink ring that our installer also took care of for us. "I was extremely pleased with MP Plumbing.  Called to set an appointment to get a garbage disposal working again.  Front office answered promptly and we had an appointment set.  Repairman arrived on time and got right to work.  Not only fixed the garbage disposal, but unclogged my bathroom sink and shower drains by showing me some easy tricks.  It was quick, easy, and educational.  I would definitely use them again.

"From that first meeting until the very end of  the project, Peter and Crystal proved that our first perception of them was correct, they are indeed very  knowledgeable as well as very likeable.  They kept in touch, at our pace and with no pressure, throughout the project.  My husband and I both agree that at all times they really, really, listened to us.

I have to admit that at first I thought the contract price was on the high side, but after going through the entire process, I would say it was very fair.    We are picky, but Peter never blinked when we asked to adjust something, whether it be something minor like turning the direction of a cabinet leg or something major when we asked that the installed kitchen island base be slightly redesigned or when we realized we only wanted three, rather than four, drawers in the master bath cabinet.  Peter made each and every change with a smile and without additional cost. The word "integrity" comes to mind when I think of how he handles himself and his business.

"well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?
