"When the technicians came out to clean they were punctual and professional. They took the time to drop cloth around their work area and made sure to cover our TV and move a nice clock that was on the wall near one of our vents. Unfortunately, almost immediately, they came across an issue where the duct liner got caught in the brush used to clean the system. They stopped all work until they could bring in an inspection camera to determine the problem. The owner came out with the scope and found that there had been debris (sharp scrap of sheetmetal) in the duct from when the house was built. Before proceeding he asked if he could open up some sheetrock in the ceiling to figure out how extensive the damage was. Upon opening the area around the vent he discovered that the duct hose had not been properly attached to the sheetmetal of the vent He did not charge for any of the time he was at our house diagnosing the problem; he also made sure to keep me informed me of the problem as he worked and what would need to be done to solve the problem. The next week he made the time to come out with the technician so that I would feel comfortable that the job was completed satisfactorily. The technician was quick, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly. Once again the owner did not charge for his time and discounted the hourly rate of the technician. When I mentioned that I would now need to reschedule the cleaning, that I had already paid for via an Angie's List deal, the owner was very open and honest in letting me know that he would not feel right performing the service. He was afraid that they may run in to other issues with the ducting not installed correctly. If this was the case they would then have to go through the process again of opening areas of the ceiling and installing new ducts. He did not want to lose my business, but he did not feel he could morally continue work that may cause further damage. He offered to get in touch with his competitor that have a different duct cleaning process that should cause less problems. He called on my behalfm discussed the situation and made sure they gave me a discount, since their service is significantly more expensive. Obviously they refunded my deal that I purchased, promptly and without issue. I would highly recommend this company and the owner, Jeremiah, to anyone due to his professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty."

"I have hired Pacific Crest three times over the last few years. Once for a kitchen drain snaking, then to have my shower faucets replaced, and most recently to replace a garbage disposal. Each time they have been quick to respond and the work as been great. Nick is professional and informative. Anna always surprises me with how nice and accommodating she is, even taking phone calls well after business hours when I never expected anyone to answer and was only calling to get their hours from a machine. I highly recommend them!"

"Our CPVC house piping had a lot of water hammer. After turning on the washing machine, I walked out for a moment, and then when I came back in water was dripping from the ceiling exhaust fan onto the washing machine. We have a two story house and they ran the hot water plumbing from the water heater in the garage through the laundry room ceiling. I removed the exhaust fan and could see water dripping from a tee way back beyond reach. The water hammer from the washer likely caused the fitting to start leaking. I turned the house water supply off and sent a message to Simpson plumbing through Angie's list. A lady from Simpson plumbing contacted me right away the next morning. She was courteous, but was having a hard time understanding what the problem was. Maybe I was giving too much information or something, but when the plumbers arrived later that afternoon they didn't understand what was going on. I ran through what happened again and showed them the wet spot on the ceiling. They had to cut an opening in the ceiling and we turned the water on and confirmed the leak. We moved my washing machine out of their way and they cut out the CPVC tee and replaced it with PEX. The piping was brittle so it took him a couple of attempts to get a straight cut which is why I called them to mess with it. After installing the PEX tee, we were leak free and at my request they provided a reference for the drywall repair. He also advised getting some water hammer arrestors installed on the supply lines to the washing machine to stop the water hammer, which I have since done."

Peter the owner went above and beyond with the building and installation of the cabinets. The onsite team was awesome as well. "well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?

"They came and inspected the site, made an accurate quote that and did all the paperwork associated with the cleanup. There was a slight delay in between sampling and the final decommission and the price seemed a little higher than I would have imagined but it has been on my mind for over ten years so I'm taking that into consideration."

"I needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen since mine was leaking for some time and also needed to have the drain under the sink replaced since I have a double sink and the water backed up when running garbage disposal David came a little earlier than scheduled which I was happy about he went right to work installing new faucet and a new pipe under the sink finished under an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use All County again and recommend them .
