"Wonderful! The HVAC crew were excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficent! They came in, evaluated the job, then got right to work. First day replaced the furnace, it was up and running by the end of the day. Day 2 they started installing the A/C unit. Every day they cleaned up, making sure we, and our grandchildren would be safe, leaving nothing dangerous. The entire crew HVAC, Plumber, gas piper, and electrician were conscientious of keeping our carpet, and house clean, taking off shoes, or donned bootees. Every step of the work being done was explained, double checked that it was what we wanted. Beau the plumber was excellent! He hated telling me that the old pipes were in need of replacement. I knew this was a high likelihood, as the house is over 69 years old. And the pipes were original. He got right to work, he made sure we had running water before he left all but one day. Which was very nice. The water heater move and install went fast! He found the basement bathroom had pipes that were illegal in homes. He was advantageous in having me call the county, as he was certain the basement bathroom was not legal. He spent over 4 hours pleading the case with the county for allowing him to fix the problems found. The county agreed to let him fix the bathroom, and they certified it. (If he hadn't done this, likely the county would have ordered the bathroom completely gutted, and plans submitted for a complete rebuild!) A huge thank you to Beau!!! The rest of the work is now complete. We only have Sheetrock to repair, Roth was able to recommend "The Patchman" and he will start Thursday. Roth Heating and Cooling is a wonderful local company! I look forward to a long relationship with them!"

"I was notified by my water bureau that I had a major pipe leak and was horrified to learn that the leak added up to 10,000 gallons more than my normal usage in a billing cycle. I contacted Anton Beslic at MasterWorks Plumbing based on the stellar Angi reviews. He came over the following morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes: an old and cracked PVC pipe leading from the house to the meter. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day. That involved getting a permit from the city; having officials mark on my lawn where fiber optic cables, gas lines, etc., were located; hiring a company to bore a new service line from the meter to the house crawl space; installing a quality 60’ pipe that will last way beyond my lifetime; installing an expansion tank on the water heater; and arranging for a final inspection from the city. Anton also installed a main house shut off in the closet next to the crawl space entry, which I did not have previously. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate.
