They took the time to make sure my dishwasher was working properly. Very friendly and cleaned up very nicely.

Align my refrigerator door as it wasn't Closing and the line was Clogged so freezer was leaking . Michael was excellent I will use them again and tell my friends about Them .

It went well. I called Dell’s because my dryer start button was not responding. The team arrived about an hour after calling. The problem was that the door switch and thermal fuse had gone bad. The team also found that the roller wheel assembly was not working properly, so they fixed that and also replaced my too- long exhaust system with a shorter one. Total cost was $320.

Quick and efficient

It’s $80 for them to come out and diagnose the issue but it was money well spent. They order the part which can 2 days later. Came out the day the part arrived and fixed my fridge in 2 hours. Honest, reliable, and skilled. Would hire again.

I was in desperate need of dishwasher servicing and repair. I called and had Michael and Alex come out the following day. They were very professional, super polite, and seemed to love their job. She showed me what was going on and explained everything well. My problem was fixed in no time. Excellent company and communication. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick response to my request for an estimate. After speaking with a few companies regarding initial/starting service visit cost and potential total cost for our dishwasher’s service, we opted to have Dell send someone over. Had a technician arrive within a few hours. Michael determined the cause of the leak fairly quickly, and started a test cycle to make sure the drips stopped. Bingo! Leak fixed! Fair prices and fast service.

Our fridge went out on Saturday evening. I got on Angi’s at 8:11am on Sunday morning and by 8:13am I received a call back. The person I spoke with asked a few questions and I had a tech at my house by 10:30 and the fridge was fixed by 11:30. The service I received was outstanding. When your fridge goes out you want a quick turnaround and that’s what we got. I expected the person would arrive, review and then tell us they would need to order parts and we would have to wait. The tech had the parts and everything was taken care of in that hour. Plus he helped my husband clean all the dust away that had accumulated under the fridge. I highly recommend Dell and we will be keeping them on speed dial should we need them in the future. Only one other company called me at noon. Haven’t heard from the other two I had requested quotes from!

Responsive and competent.

Working with Dell's was great. My garbage disposal died and, through Angi, Dell's came to my rescue in less than an hour. The Dell's technician did a fantastic job in purchasing and installing my new garbage disposal very quickly. I am very happy and I highly recommend Dell's Refrigeration and Appliance Clinic.

Excellent 5 Star-Very Responsive, nice clean work

Very pleased with the work. They have a 45min window as to when they would be here. And they were here within that timeframe. What bothered me was, I think the repair to a bit longer than necessary, and you don’t get an invoice. Said it would be mailed, but have not received it yet. The work space was left very clean. The repair man was very polite

I asked for quotes on Angi at 3:45 am. My refrigerator was rapidly thawing. They responded by 4:00. Arrived by 9:00, and replaced the compressor by 2:00 pm including locating the part and unplugging the freezer drain. For less than the Angi estimate. Prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable.
