"I originally contacted J&M with regards to cleaning and repairing my clothes dryer vent. The air ducts in my 20 year old house had never been cleaned so I had that done too. They did a very thorough job cleaning the air ducts and it has made a significant difference in the amount of dust in my house. The best part of their job was when the cleaned my dryer vent. It had not been cleaned for more than 10 years (my bad!). My dryer vent comes out of my house on one of the cut-outs in the foundation. I didn't realize that it had become disconnected to the outlet vent and was basically laying in the crawl space of my house blowing out lint and moisture. In order to clean it one of the guys had to crawl under my house and reconnect it and then they fabricated a metal plate where it exits my house to keep it from becoming disconnected in the future. My vent was completely full of lint, they must have cleaned out about a bushel basket worth. My dryer works fantastic now, it's like having a new clothes dryer.  The job they did was absolutely fantastic. They not only met my expectations but far exceeded them.

"I have hired Pacific Crest three times over the last few years. Once for a kitchen drain snaking, then to have my shower faucets replaced, and most recently to replace a garbage disposal. Each time they have been quick to respond and the work as been great. Nick is professional and informative. "The were on time,neat,nice and very professional. They put down all kinds of drop cloths and wore booties to protect my home. The insulation was quick and neat. My husband & I bought the sink and faucet ourselves. We bought the wrong colored grout & our installer replaced it for free. We also needed a new garbage dispose and the price they gave us beat Home Depot . We also had the wrong sized sink ring that our installer also took care of for us. "I was extremely pleased with MP Plumbing.  Called to set an appointment to get a garbage disposal working again.  Front office answered promptly and we had an appointment set.  Repairman arrived on time and got right to work.  Not only fixed the garbage disposal, but unclogged my bathroom sink and shower drains by showing me some easy tricks.  It was quick, easy, and educational.  I would definitely use them again.

"well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?

"I needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen since mine was leaking for some time and also needed to have the drain under the sink replaced since I have a double sink and the water backed up when running garbage disposal David came a little earlier than scheduled which I was happy about he went right to work installing new faucet and a new pipe under the sink finished under an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use All County again and recommend them .

"Q of Ethereal Elements was quick to respond to our request for a bid to repair a leak in the lower level of our home (aka basement).  Q had an immediate sense of why we had the leak and how to go about repairing it.  Once hired, Q and his men were on the job and moved quickly.  I am happy to report that the leak stopped; although, we have not had any really heavy rains since this repair; I'm hopeful that the repair is permanent.  After stopping the leak, Q and his men also repaired the water damage done to the inside of our home, to include laying down new carpet pad and the old carpet, sheet rocking and texturizing the walls, and replacing the baseboards.  That's another thing we really appreciated about Ethereal Elements... Q is like a 1-stop contractor... capable of addressing so many different jobs... in fact, Q offered to also hook us up with a carpet cleaner; however, we had already promised the job to someone else. 
We will definitely use Q / Ethereal Elements again.  And, it's so nice to know that a dependable contractor like Q is good at so many different jobs!
